jac, are you making your own chicken broth? If not, its so easy. Buy organic whole chicken or drumsticks. Fill big pot with water, add whole chicken, veggies like carrot, celery, baby spinach, garlic and onion (if you can tolerate), then healing spices (coriander, oregano, cumin, fennel, cayenne pepper, turmeric), bring to a boil for like 5-10minutes then leave on simmer for 4 hours or so. Come back, and the note the chicken will slide right off the bone.
