Hello everyone,
After passing large ammount over blood over the past 6 months i was rushed through to the hospital and after seeing a consultant today he susspects i either have chron's (sp?) or UC. Now whilst i pass alot of blood and mucaus (and chuncks of intestine) i have never had any pain and can get quite constipated. He said i needed a colonoscopy to get a diagnosis but it was too inflamed and he thought it would cause too much pain to do it today.
He gave me some foam enimas to take twice a day. Needless to say i am having trouble with them, hence asking for help from you lovely people! I fine they really burn and i can only keep them in for 60 seconds before i HAVE to go. The foam comes straight back out with lots of blood. Am i doing something wrong? I have read somewhere you should lie down for 30 mins, but i have to do it in the morning before going to work, so thats not going to work!
Any help or advice would be great as i just have no idea what to do!
