They're also attributed to a lot of air in the stool, which happens when the colon is moving much faster, but still slow enough to produce a stool rather than diarrhea.
Are you using fibre? Are you using probiotics still?
So you have some fat in your stool...if it's brown stool, that's good. If it's yellow consistently or white...then worry.
Anything food-wise you've added/consuming regarding fat?
