No insurance, help!

My husband was laid off from his job and we no longer have health insurance. Cobra will cost us $1200.00 per month. I am going to run out of my mesalamine enemas in a few days and it is very expensive without insurance.
Does anyone know of a way to get it at a discount price. The lowest I can find it is for $158.00 for a box of 7 and I am supposed to take them nightly. It is the only thing that works for me.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Andrina. My GI knows my situation and told me to contact a Canadian Pharmacy. I did but it would still cost me $300.00 for 4 boxes of Liada which I didn't think came in an enema. Plus it would take 3 weeks to get because it comes from Turkey! Right now I am taking the generic for Rowasa.

Yes, it's called sallofalk but the ingredients are the same as mesalamine. I used to get the suppositories from Canada all the time. I also order the generic Lialda from India. I think it's called Mesacol or something. I was able to get 3 months worth for $200. I take 2 a day. There are less expensive pharmacies but I went to whoever was easiest. Some have a 21 day guarantee. I've gotten a 2nd shipment from CanadaDrugs from not receiving my stuff in time.
