I hit 100 lbs this morning!!!! Ahhhh I am so happy. I have been waiting to hit the 3 digit mark now for a while since I started SCD/paleo in August 2012. I was only 84 lbs at the time and I've really been trying my best with eating 2500-3000 (sometimes more) calories a day and doing only strength training- no cardio except for walking a few times a week. It's crazy the amount of food I have to take in but I'm hoping once my body is at a comfortable weight that I can eat a normal amount again (maybe 1800-2000 calories a day).
And to tie this in with mother's day, I owe it to my mother for providing me with all this great food and support and never letting me go hungry!!!
