I have been taking Rainbowlight for about 2-3 weeks, but I can't tell where it's doing much for me...basically can't tell any difference after changing from Centrum. I feel good most of the time, but I still feel like I could use a little more energy. Does anyone take Alive Women's?

I wouldn't take them....too many thingsthat would probably cause gas...but it seems fairly "complete".

Yes, still trying to decide also between ultra-potency and regular..I don't think I need any extra B vitamins since those were really high last time I had blood checked. Do you take a multi?

I have been reading about mushrooms also after seeing that on there, and it's interesting...I'm not a mushroom eater, but seems like they have some benefits

Yes, mushrooms have benefits for sure. I prefer to eat them..lol..

I take Sisu Multi-Vi-min and take other supplements separately.

All you can do is try one, see how you feel on it. If it's no problems, then that's good. I wouldn't take centrum, however...no other reason except I've been on this one for 27 years.

My B12 is high, so I just take what's in the multi.

Keep us posted how you do on it.

I am almost through with my first bottle of Alive, I bought the max potency mens. I would caution away from the Ultra for a couple reasons: it contains 100% iron and unless you are confirmed low iron, supplementing with iron can become toxic as the only way for your body to release it is to bleed. Considering your female, may be less of a problem for you than for a male. Second, the form of selenium is in a toxic state, you want L-selenomethionine not synthetic. I would recommend Mega Food once daily, which is what I plan to buy soon.

Thanks for the info...I have had low iron, but I am trying to add more greens, so hopefully I will get what I need there. Mega food looks good.

I ended up going to GNC and getting the "be-wholesome" pack..not sure how I will like it, but it will give me an opportunity to try other vitamins I don't normally buy, such as hair/skin/nail, etc. I keep freaking out after googling the ingredients though..it's hard to know what to take long-term and what not to. It doesn't have any iron in it, so I'll probably need to look for something different after I finish these. Starting slow on these to see how I react.
