Insoluble fiber is going to come out the way it came in, no matter how long it's in your intestine. It's *insoluble*. The reason that "normies" don't notice undigested veg in their BMs is that it tends to be compacted inside their formed poops.
If your bowel movements aren't formed it's because there is still something wrong with your colon that is causing fast transit and/or reduced liquid absorption. Adding raw veg is more likely to exacerbate those issues by interfering with mucosal healing.
Spot on correct.
