How long does it take for pasta to full get out of your system had it Sunday night, been gassy and bloated since and I am not flaring.

some say it can take a couple of months for the gluten to clear your system = i'm gonna give it a couple of YEARS !
assume you're talking wheat pasta ??

No idea, but I eat rice pasta and do much better than wheat pasta.
Rice pasta, a little olive oil, a little tumeric, spinach, light sauce or tomatoe juice.....it's good and a safe food for me.
