Sure thing.
When I was flaring I used to take one heaping teaspoon of slippery Elm powder after every meal.
I would put this in a glass of filtered room temperature water - about 1 to 2 ounces - and add to it the probiotics.
And then to that if you would like, you could add a couple of drops of honey just to sweeten it a bit.
Then I would stir it really well and with the back of the spoon I would smooth out any big lumps and then drink it down.
If the gel got too thick, then I would add a little more water.
I still take this delicious cocktail, LOL. But now I only take it once a day.
Let me know how you do with it.
By the way just one more important thing to note and that is when you get the slippery Elm powder make sure it is organic - it makes a huge difference.
