I'm in remission and *ahem* middle age so I have been gaining weight around my belly. I can't do traditional sit ups or crunches because I have back/neck issues as well as diverticular disease (crunches tend to make my "pockets" hurt). So does anyone have any recommendations on how I can gently get rid of this belly fat? I tried looking at YouTube videos but they all seem to rotate around some variation of crunches.
I watch what I eat, I hardly seem to just sit (I'm a bit high strung) and I take my dogs for frequent walks. But I got that whole middle age woman thing going on.
