Apriso question

I have found that it is best to take 2 Apriso in the morning then 2 more about two or three hours later.

The delay before it started to release was about 20 to 30 minutes.  Apriso is a time delay long acting

drug, so breaking up the 4 capsules isn't a problem.  I could tell when it had released after 20 to 30

minutes because of the short period of gas.  When I didn't take the pills I had no gas.  So I figured it

had to be the drug.  I only take two in the morning now, since I started taking an Indigo herb. 

This is only my experience, but you may react differently.  Hope it works well for you. 

I asked my Gi about splitting the dosing and he told me that all 4 should be taken in the morning (preferably) or before bedtime. It has something to do with how the medication is released and in order to get the correct release they should be taken together. I am new to Apriso so I'm not sure how it works. But I'm the same way as Mensa, I get the gas about a half hour after taking them.
