Yea I usually take it right before going to sleep....I either do it in bed and try to fall asleep right after or I lay down in the living room, and watch TV for 30-60 mins or so and then get up and to right to bed (If I walk around too much I have to instantly go, so I go STRAIGHT to bed).

I do mine in the bathroom (I put an old towel under me to catch any drips, because the liquid does stain), then get up, wash my hands, and head to bed. When I was flaring, I had to get to bed pretty quickly, but now that I'm in remission if I need to be up for a few minutes for some reason, it's not a big deal.

Yeah, i was thinking about doing mine, since it's my first time doing it

Nope. My BMs are basically normal, perhaps a bit looser. And don't freak if you see some whitish stuff in there. That's just the medicine.

Oh, and squeeze the air out of the bottle first. If you don't, it'll make you need to fart, and farting right after using an enema is messy.
