Does anyone pass lialda whole?

Im switching from asacol/bs delzicol to lialda, due to concern over the asacol coating and the fact that I often pass them whole. Do people see this with lialda as well? I know that this happening to some extent is normal, but I was seeing too much to continue.

That happened to me before, I think it was during a flare a couple years ago. Completely whole!

It is pretty rare for me to see a whole Lialda tablet in my stool, however, I often can see orange crumbs/pieces from the delayed released coating. With Asacol HD it was a daily occurrence to see a whole pill in my stool; sometimes I could see the split where the medicine poured out, other times I either was looking at the wrong side or it didn't split and I wasn't about to going in the bowl and turn it to make sure it split lol.

I have been on Lialda for a while now and I will also notice a whole pill that was not absorbed, can't say how often as I don't check all the time, but mostly happens when I am flared up since stool is less formed. At time you will also see the shell of the pill in the stool which may appear like it's whole a pill. I take 4 tablets daily for the same reason that malabsorption problems come with UC.
