I never lost much weight on SCD but echo suggestions: take olive oil or coconut oil spoonfuls throughout the day. Make smoothies with whatever SCD legal things you eat. Maybe coconut milk, coconut oil, honey and some fruit. I've never used protein power but look up InSoFla's post, she uses a high quality one without a lot of chemicals.
Your inflamed gut may be not able to utilize your food properly. I'd also suggest taking a good probiotic in a large quantity. Most of them have far fewer billions of good bacteria than research shows is necessary.
Are you eating yogurt or making your own?
Eat fatty steak, you'll get calories along with vitamins (lots of vitamins in meat).
I also like juicing veggies, not many calories but it can help heal your gut and then maybe it will be able to utilize the food better and get some weight back on.
As your gut heals you should be able to put more weight back on.
edit to add: put butter on everything. SCD allows butter doesn't it? Maybe that's why I never lost weight. I loooove butter....and cheese. Put butter and cheese on your veggies
