totally out the blue, but i know us UC'ers are always looking for new foods to eat. well, maybe its just me lol i don't usually watch what i eat but since im flaring right now im trying to stick to bland/not to spicy or spiced foods. if your stomach can tolerate seafood, i highly recommend the snow crab legs from red lobster. they're steamed, with no other added spices (maybe salt) . the meat from a snow crab is naturally sweet so even though it comes with butter sauce, the crab itself is very tasteful by it self. sounds like im promoting red lobster here lol but its not that, its just right now they're having their crab fest so you can get the snow crab legs at about
$20 a pound. its just seems to be a bland (maybe?) food for those who are watching what they eat or flaring. because if y'all are like me, pasta and rice just aren't cutting it anymore. just throwing some quick, yummy food options out there :) didn't mean to sound like a commercial for red lobster lol
