Imuran with mesalazine

Right now I'm on 3000 mg daily mesalazine, yesterday Imy doctor ordered me imuran (azatropina) 50 mg daily. I am very surprised of this formula by first and second side effects because I wonder if for a diagnosis of mild ulcerative really needed.
I often think it's a mistake to start with this type of medication without an analysis of the overall health

that's right, someone else has had this mix before, now ... take 50 mg of imuran is strong or I am very prevented. My doctor did not find a way to combine enemas and oral medicine for symptoms that are improving.
Colonoscopy showed loss of vasculature in a part of the colon, someone else has submitted this symptom, this improvement?

im on 75 mg of 6mp and 4800 of mezavant and adding humira or simponi soon since im stoping remicade soon..
i suggest carefully taking down your side effets, its hard sometimes to determine what is causing what, but i found that everytime i stopped one of my meds i would realise that i was feeling some way or having problems with something because of the meds,.. its a hard road to go on, but you have the right to say what you think and ask all the questions in the world..

I was diagnosed with mild left sided ulcerative colitis 13 yrs ago. I am on mesalazine and azathioprine every day.
I was taking 4 grams of masalazne everyday but have just changed to 2 grams as my doctor said I am in remission at the moment :)

I also take 150 mg of azathioprine a day and have been taking this for 13 years..

Everyone's body is different so what works for one person may not work for another..
