So, as some of you may have read, I didn't poop yesterday. I woke up this morning, still no pooping. I did some light jogging on my treadmill to see if it could move things along, but nothing. So, at lunch time I decided to have a cup of coffee (I usually avoid because it often speeds things up and leads to diarrhea). about
an hour after my coffee I felt the rumbles and went to use the washroom. I passed some stool, quite easily, no strain or anything and figured it'd be me semi formed mushy stuff that I've been having the past few days. I finished up, stood, and looked in to the bowl. To my surprise, there in the bottom of the bowl was the most beautiful brown log. I haven't had a solid turd in three months, I haven't had brown poop in over three months (neon yellow) and there it was....a solid, healthy looking dump, just sitting there. I dropped to my knees to get a closer look...I just sat there, stunned, beaming with pride/joy. I can't believe how happy I was. I rushed out and explained, in great detail, to my husband...who was so happy he hugged me as if I'd just won a peace prize. I also phoned my mother to tell her the good news
