I can eat white bread, no wheat bread, but I don't have problems with gluten. I had to stop dairy. I think lettuce bothers me but I can tolerate a little spinach (raw, not cooked).
I feel best when I have fish and rice.
Creamy peanut butter is okay sometimes, other times it makes my mouth sore.
Applesauce or peeled apples. Potatoes, not the peeling,cooked green beans, cooked carrots.
It has taken me 2 years to get this far.
That's all I can think of right now.
