Specks of blood from wiping too hard?

Just when I thought I might be in a solid remission (still experience discomfort, but no bleeding in a long time), I wipe my bum and see specks of blood on the toilet paper. I wiped it kinda rough.

Do any of you all get specks of blood from wiping too hard ever? Is this something to be worried about? I used to get this kind of frequently, but haven't had it in months.

Thank you. I'll look into this, but this is the only day I've had this bleeding in a long time. I don't expect it to be a persistent problem going forward.

You sure it's not hemroid blood? I see a few specs on the tp from them...even though I'm having normal poops...

Yes. As a side effect of being in remission for over a year and having incredibly solid BMs, I developed an anal fissure that would lead to a few small spots of bright red blood when I wiped. (There was also for a time some bad itching.) My doctor gave me some suppositories which helped.
