dry bumps on anus

even asking this anonymously i feel embarrassed. I just got tested for all STDs and the results were negative for everything and have not gotten any action of any kind since then. about a month ago i had a UC flare up and then decided to give up gluten and dairy and I am actually feeling great and only have a tiny bit of blood here and there now. I do however still have quite a few bowel movements through out the day, there for having to wipe my ass a lot as well. I use the moist towelets as much as possible but thats not always an option and i still have to use dry toilet paper to dry off after using them anyways. I noticed the last few days that my actual ****** (for lack of a better word) has little tiny bumps on it instead of being smooth. I think it is just from wiping too much and drying out the area. Besides that it feels weird because that should be smooth skin it doesn't bother me in any way and as my STD test results are negative i assume i have nothing to be concerned with but has anyone else with UC ever had this type of problem when going through a flare up and has excessive bowels??

ya I'm pretty much not embarrassed to talk anything relating to taking a crap at this point but this was something new i never expected.. Ugh, but good to know no topic is off limits and thank you for your reply!
