I do understand your point. I am viewing a more narrow set of circumstances than an employer attempting to weed out the sick. If an employer is looking at two equally qualified candidates, and they learn that one of the candidates will likely incur more health care costs than the other, it's possible (however slimy we consider it) they will choose the more "healthy" one.
