for me it's about doing the things that are me - getting out and going - I can't do that if I'm sick and unhealthy = do all the things to avoid that condition -
But I can get out and about
. There is nothing about
one (eating fast food) which precludes the other (going out).
The morbidly obese (BMI 40+) will be seriously physically hampered. The merely normal/overweight and otherwise healthy can get out there and live their lives, pretty much regardless of what they eat.
In fact, activity is an excellent way of making up for a crap diet. It will do an awful lot to mitigate the effects. Those who are BMI 30 and active have better health and mortality outcomes than those who are BMI 20 and inactive. (Don't have the link to the study where I read that, but I know I have read it.)
PS: And you can keep your collards and your chard to yourself, thank you very much <_<.
