You are young and have the chance to reverse it, so please don't lose hope. Keep fighting the good fight.
Are you taking any vitamin k2 supplements? Try cutting back to 2,000 IU vitamin D and replacing the rest with sunlight, supplement with at least 100 mcg k2 to make sure the calcium goes to the right places (I use
this one), ditch any calcium supplements (carbonate is known to cause calcium buildup) in places and is linked to heart disease.
Bone broths, pastured egg yolks, high vitamin butter oil / liver oil blend by green pastures, oral magnesium (or oil) might have you recover from the ravages of osteoperosis. Leafy greens and raw dairy are the best bioavailable calcium sources. Vitamin A and K2 must be balanced with D.
I saw improvement in my neuropathy with the above and it might just help you.
Paul Jaminet has a nice supplement reference
here. It has helped me tremendously in the past few months.
