My poison of choice.... but chocolate has next to no fiber, dark chocolate is actually good for you, I drink coffee w/light cream every AM, & usually wine almost every night. Hey, no fiber! Honestly, I feel that the peace of mind that comes with enjoying certain foods/drinks contributes to an overall sense of serenity- which contributes to feeling better mentally, which contributes to feeling better physically!
