Prepping and crying...

I had my first one in February, and was shocked at how awful it is, on top of that I just used the same bottles of Gatorade, instead of something easier to swallow, and I ended up being very sick, its terrible, awful, but necessary...let us know how it goes.

Oh you have my total sympathies... cry away!! Cry cry cry! I was so miserable by the end of mine, just shaking, freezing cold, soooo empty that I was beyond hunger. Worst of all was the uber-anxiety of worrying I was not cleaned out enough. I was convinced I would be sent home for the SECOND time but whewwwwwwwwww what a relief, they were able to do the scope.

Now, to warn you, it took me a few days to recover from my last prep (not the scope itself), so go easy for a while. Rest a lot, eat lightly and carefully. I did not follow this advice and had a completely miserable couple of days.
