Bowel movements

Yet another question.

Before my colonoscopy I was having normal, soft but formed, largeish bowel movements but still having frequency and alittle urgency.

Now for the last two weeks I am having frequent urgent bowel motions probably about six in a morning but only passing the smallest amount of very soft poo. The amount each time would probably be enough to fill a desert spoon. Sometimes they are covered in pooy mucousy liquid.

I have yet to have a good decent big poo. Do you think that even tho I am still passing small soft amount that I could be constipated. I was taking fybogel but stopped it because I thought that because I was going quite a lot and it was soft that I didn't need it anymore. Now I wonder.

Hopefully someone on here will have some idea.

Was taking it on the advice of my consultant because he said that it would help the diverticulae. Having now found out that it wasn't that I carried on with one sachet a day because I thought it would help get my bowels back to normal after my colonoscopy. I also had to take a anti diahorea tab the other day just to get to work so thought it would help there too. Was taking it in the morning.

Today however has been better with a large very soft poo this morning . Havent taken any for three days now.
