Rowasa- how in the world do you get it all out of the bottle?

Any suggestions for how to get most of the Rowasa out of the bottle? Roll it up? Administer it in two "doses"? Please help.

Rolling it up would be the best. But what I do, is squeeze in down the middle to get as much out as possible and then sloppily roll it up to get what's left in the corners/sides.

You don't need to get it all out. Do your best, don't stress out, and try to retain it for as long as possible.

You don't. I believe with Rowasa everyone has an individual threshold. Sometimes, people just use half the bottle in one sitting and save the other half for the next day.

sitting ? never noticed that position shown in the directions sg - OUCH !

would make it easier to watch the game tho :-)

Over the years I've used 2 different Rowasa generics and one of them was incredibly difficult to squeeze out of the tube. The diffy one came from Canada and the easy one came from my neighborhood pharmacy. I think the Canadian one was Perrigo mfr (good abbrev for it lol) but can't be absolutely sure, it also had a scratchy tip, yow.

Ask for a different manufacturer when you need a refill. Perhaps others will comment on this so you can get a name to request. Some pharmacies just carry one brand so maybe another pharmacy will be better.

IMagardener, thank you! This one is from Perrigo. I feel like I cant get it out of the bottle. I am going to try a different pharmacy!

Also, thank you for reminding me not to stress. I tend to be a perfectionist, and to want to do things correctly. Good reminder to try my best.

Hm, I have the same one and have no problem getting it all out of the bottle. The tip is definitely annoying. At first, I thought I was dong something wrong, lol.

Yeah, it's not a big deal if you don't get everything as long as you get most of it out.

I don't get it all out. I use as much as I can without going crazy.
