It is also informal style to use ellipses at the end of sentences, much less symbols like >.>.

I don't know if this will help your strictures or not but it is very affective in getting the inflammation down and your flare under control. I've used Cyclopsorine twice in the past to avoid surgery, it is usually the last line in defense against surgery. My GI calls it the Atom Bomb of UC treatments but it does require a hospital stay and supervision of a GI who is experienced with Cyclosporine.

Having taken Cyclosporine twice and also having surgery recently I really like the way I feel now after surgery. I feel healthy again for the first time since being dx'd with UC.

I'm having a lot of luck finding NAG by itself in a powder so far. It looks like it might require splitting capsules, unless a naturopath had a powdered source? (You can get it in industrial drums, so I know it is made that way :) )
