Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. I can definitely relate, especially the thought of the world passing by. But, as I am still learning myself, it will get better. And when you are feeling well, every day will be amazing because of it!
Have you tried going on a liquid/fresh juice diet for a week or two? I was having similar symptoms to you a couple weeks ago, and decided to try a strict juice fast for a few days. It seemed to help me and give my insides a chance to rest. Someone has also recommended, in addition to juice, to have aloe gel/aloe juice (the real kind, not the sugar stuff) and spirulina when you get up in the morning. I haven't tried those, but maybe it could help.
