Provides insight as to why Ft might or might not work.
Also mentions that stool dysbiosis may not accurately reflect the mucosal dysbiosis.

yes, the discrepancy of stool dysbiosis and mucosal dysbiosis is interesting/

the variability attributed to donor-match also points to movement toward microbiota cocktails instead of stool.

I can't read all of it - do you have to have a password?  Can someone summarize what are the main points of the paper? It seems to me from what I have heard that FMT is no where near as successful for IBD as it is for C-difficile.

For me, I would love to see some research data on the link between FMT, IBD and diet. Maybe a control group with a few groups following completely different diets, ie, Standard American Diet, SCD/GAPS, Vegan.
