my poo was normal brown formed however there was a skid mark and it had blood in it.....and my stomach hurts and I went to my doctor he said you can get a mild flare up it is not a problem but it gotten worse what should I do

Whenever there is a blood in my case if left untreated it gets worse. What is mild to a gi is not to us in terms of the emotional and the physical pain we go through. Plus the longer you leave it the harder it gets to resolve. Go back to your GI and push him/her to step up treatment whether that be steroid/increased dosage on a5sa rectal or oral etc

what meds are you on. A mild flare is still a flare.
