Johnes Disease in cattle is caused by MAP (Mycobacterium avium Paratuburculosis). These cattle infect the environment in two ways. One, through their feces. They excrete onto the pasture, it rains, the contaminated MAP fecal matter makes its way into rivers. We drink the water, we get contaminated. Two, through the contaminated cows milk. We drink milk, we get contaminated with map. These have both already been proven.

Koch's postulates have already been proven to be the cause of Crohn's Disease. This is seriously not getting the attention it deserves. Add on to the fact that there is a vaccine that Dr. John Herman Taylor has ready to go but is just waiting on funding.

Also, anti biotic therapy is not the answer. Although it works it putting a lot (actually a majority of people) in remission, you have to take large doses of these anti biotics for a very long time for them to work. A simple vaccine and test would be much easier.
