Food/drink bad for my UC: gluten and high fiber anything
Food/drink bad for my IBS (which I didn't know I had until getting my UC into remission): long, long list but starting with the worst offenders: fruit in all shapes and forms (fresh or cooked including citrus and lemons, jams, juices anything), citric acid, seafood, fake sugar of all kinds, bell peppers (haha), onions, tomatoes, rice, beans, gluten-free mixes that have bean flour, chocolate, all tea including herbal tea, red wine (white is OK). I'm sure there's more but maybe I quit eating them so long ago they don't come to mind.
Lactose: used to be a big problem but now is only a small problem if I eat too much ice-cream late in the evening and then lots of gas in the AM.
