How do you know this and how can somebody take this out of context?

Fact is that the board's foremost expert on UC has never been in remission and will do anything to make his problems the norm. Try pred or remicade Gary. You have suggested it to enough people. There are a lot of new people that don't know you just make things up.

Had a huge salad last night. 10 kinds of lettuce.tomaoes, onions, olives.. A bottle and a half of red wine. Chicken and a sweet potato. Took a perfect dump this morning. Just one like most days. Gotta go having blueberry pancakes with bacon washed down with a gallon of coffee

I don't remember everything I've eaten in the last 10 yrs, but I'm pretty sure I ate salads when I was able to eat - of course there were times during a flare when NOTHING worked, but pretty much as soon as food in general was being tolerated, salad was on the menu -

Just wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly or it may hurt even if you don't have UC.
