high fevers (102-103)

hey all,
this is my first time posting on here. i was dx with UC 4 years ago and am currently flaring bad (since april) didn't respond to steroids or humira - now trying remicade (had 1st infusion a week ago)
for the past month i've been getting insanely high fevers (102-103) about every other day and then this week its been daily. there are not timed with bowel movements. my GI says this is not normal - especially given that i am otherwise basically functioning.
just wondering if anyone else experienced this? i am worried that its somehow related to some other problem...

thx. yea i am seeing docs - did a lot of bloodwork and it all came back fine. getting a catscan on monday to rule out some other things. its just really unsettling.
