Popcorn - Good?

Same here. Popcorn has always been a good snack for me but from reading many posts here I thought I was about the only one who could eat popcorn without problems.

I make sure it is air-popped to avoid the carcinogenic chemicals in the bags of microwave popcorn, but I heard you could microwave it in a plain paper bag. I make sure it is organic to avoid GMO corn and GMO oil. I prefer adding butter or coconut oil with a pinch of salt. Sometimes add spirulina or brewer's yeast.

I steer clear from poopcorn, oops I mean popcorn...

I steer clear of popcorn and haven't eaten it for years after too many bad experiences. It's really annoying when you miss part of the film at a cinema thanks to a mouthful of popcorn.

Oh how I miss those little delicious buttery puffed corn nuggets! For years I had a love/hate relationship with popcorn. Sometimes I could eat it and have no issues and other times it was like pooping razor blades. Now even if I wanted to eat it I couldn't because of my Diverticular disease.

I miss kettle corn soooo much!! And salads! And grilled corn on the cob! And spinach! One day corn on the cob.....one day...

I usually don't have a problem with popcorn. Now if I ate a few other things the same day with a bunch of fiber, I would be in a world of hurt.
