Chest pain and flare?

Does anybody have chest pains or any heart/chest complications with a flare or having colitis in general?

What meds are you on? There could be a connection there.

I did get pericarditis, which apparently is common with ulcerative colitis.

At the time, I was on salofalk and 50mg prednisone. This was the beginning of a huge flare.

i've had costochondritis with my UC. i noticed it is so bad when i'm on prednisone but it gets better once i am off it.

I had serositis which my lung doctor associated with colitis. He wanted me on 40 mg pred which I refused. I took an inhaler instead.
