the point about avoiding store stuff is that so much of it is full of crap - so if you do have any food sensitivities, trying something new may cause more harm than good -
as well as you are doing, you don't want to mess with much imo - that's why I suggest making small changes one at a time -
the tendency for me, and I think for many others, is that when I'm feeling really bad, I want to get better quick, so I want to try EVERYTHING and try it NOW - that just doesn't work in most instances -
fortunately, you're in a good place, so patience should be easier -
