Cortifoam problems

Has anyone had an issue with dispensing cortifoam where the foam gets sucked back out of the applicator after releasing the cap (after each 2 second pump)? Most of it ends up going under the cap. I've used cortifoam for a while now. I always follow the directions and this has only been happening recently with my last few prescription refills. Its wasteful, and it screws up the number of doses (and my insurance company wont let my pharmacy refill until I have basically run out). I've tried contacting the manufacturer, Meda pharmaceuticals but of course they don't respond. Not to mention that this is one of my most expensive co-pays for an rx, it makes me want to give up on cortifoam...

This has nothing to do with overflowing or the fill line. I'm saying after the first little pump it gets sucked back out. Very frustrating.

I haven't had that problem It sounds like your dispenser may be clogged. Have you had problems with multiple dispensers or just the one your currently using?

well if you think about it, if air can't escape the dispenser, i could see the contents getting sucked back into the container and causing the problem you describe. I hate those dispensers. they hurt.
