That's great! I hope you have quick results. I think it can take quite a while for some people. I am having good luck so far!

Not sure about fast acting. I've heard up to 12 weeks until some get a good response from entvyio, so be sure to hang in there for a while... good luck! Here's hoping entvyio gives you the remission you deserve.

I got bumped u😊I'm having my infusion right now!! Wow !! I got 40 of pred before hand by IV and now medication. Feeling tired , that's it. I came by myself!! I'm getting stronger mentally all the time.

Got home from my infusion and slept for two hours!! Very tired today. Of course nothing new to report. Had pus/blood explosion at local store on the way to bathroom, still managed to get in line and by dog toys after. I was at the point of wet again in my butt , like who cares anymore, I dont! My sweater hung just at my butt line .

I think I read most feel tired day after I fusion anyways. Not stressing.

Oh bummer being back on pred but it might kick in soon for you, the entyvio I mean. Hang in there pink😉

I forget how many infusions of Entyvio I have had, but I have been on it for 7 months.
Big difference for me at 6 months.
I had failed all other UC meds, next step was surgery.
I now have more energy, less trips to the potty, with formed stools
And best of all I put on 15 lbs , much needed weight .
I had been stick at 95LBs the past 2 years.

Never needed Prednoisone before Entyvio infusion

Right now there isn't a test to see if we have developed antibodies to Entyvio. They are working on it per my GI and the drug rep at their office.

I haven't had quite the response we were hoping for. But my GI is hopeful I'm a "delayed responder." However my bloodwork look terrible 2 weeks ago. I'm going ahead w/ the 7th infusion Tuesday.

I do not do IV pred before the infusion. Just saline.

Yes, I think the UC in general makes us more fatigued and the Entyvio definitely causes added fatigue (or it has for me).

Does your Gi know you are having watery D? Have you had a C Diff test recently? I'm on a Facebook forum for Entyvio and I know some have gotten C Diff (not to scare you just a consideration).

Hi ! I feel so much better today physically, more energy., no heavy limbs. No feeling of my calls feeling like I ran a marathon. I could tell when I woke up I felt better. The last two days since my infusion I just couldn't get out of bed . Whewww, I thought that was just how it was going to be with that medication, I'm glad I was wrong. I'm just happy for now with some energy coming back. Sorry for all the typos too, I'm in my iPad now ( I peck and not use all my fingers) and it s annoying to type, I prefer a computer which I don't get to often, so it keeps me off this site more. Thanks for all the responses.
