Day 6. Still doing good. I find that response is very dose dependent. One should drink right amounts of the water to get the right effect. I'm still trying to adjust the dosage. I've been drinking 1/2 liters per day.
My poops are getting solid, I've been defecating far less then before, less abdominal pain, less blood, I've gained 1 kg in 6 days which is impressive.
