DMC how are you?? I haven't seen you around in a while, I know you started 6mp, how is that working out for you?

Thank you. It has been a really tough flare to manage. October would be a year. So much better now and practically no moe steriods, even enemas!!!!

Hey DMC, glad to hear you are well! I tried to get the surgery at Mayo, but they denied me saying I was too mild even though I was going 9 times a day and in pain all day.

I am still in pain all day, but I only go 4-5 times a day now. I am trying to get that down to 1-2 times a day. Found out many cool things about magnesium, selenium, strontium, etc.. been taking those.

Been playing with topical strontium citrate, seems to work but it's no cure =\ sigh..

I had one of those spicy chinese hot pots with tons of hot oils last night and have been paying for it all night and day...
