how do you count your poops ?

I have one I came up with last week hahaha. I'm laughing just thinking about it.

It's weird...every...um maybe six months or so I'll go in the morning and that will be it for the day. 99% of the time I go two or more times. These single times I just keep going and going and going. It comes out pretty slowly too. That's where half the name comes from. I mean, I'm usually done, <ten seconds. These can take five minutes. There can be 10-20 second gaps in between. Even though it starts solid, it tends to get mushier, like I really should have had two that day. I go SO much that the poop, when this rare event happens, pokes above the water level of the toilet. That's the second part of the name.

I call it Slow Plop Mountain Top.

Yep, it's a lot of poop. I'm full of it.

speaking of flushing (or not, in spart man's case), i did the flood, stomp and flush on a gopher dumb enough to burrow into my pristine back yard this morning - normally i'm very kind and compassionate to the critters who share the earth with me - but when they choose to defile my lawn, death becomes mandatory -

and nothing that ugly should want to live !


now, back to turd talk

Oh HAHA, now counting the anxious desire to go to the toilet too, gosh, i could get up to a very high number in this count. I am just saying, at what point is it or isn't it? What if it's just a teeny tiny bit of mucous with nothing on the paper, does that count? In my book yes but it sounds like some people would say no. What if it's just a wipe of blood but nothing in the bowl?

Oh, that's definitely two poops. If you get up because you thought you were done and left the bathroom only to have to come back, that's another poop for Sure. Today I had four poops in half an hour.

Well if there is poo, it counts as one. It does not matter if it is 5 minutes or an hour after.

Any blood and mucus only counts as my gost poo. But really I don't count my gost poo because I pee so often that I always can pee to make my trip worth it. ;)

Hard to believe it's so controversial on how to count poops. I think we're just trying to lower our own scores by "cooking the books" as they say in accounting

Me too, I count everything, even a shart, but I note it as a shart in my journal (when required to do so for doc and dietitian) cuz everything counts when you have gut issues lol. The only time I become unsure is the very very odd time when I just finished wiping and ready to get up then all the sudden comes a strong urge again and more stool....I tend to count that as 1 not 2 even though I honestly felt done and even completed the wiping process but still not actually standing up or flushed yet.
