Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone thinks there is a connection between High GI foods and inflammation...I've noticed that I have a little bleeding whenever I have white flour, potatoes or rice based products for example... not sure if it's the carbs / starch / high GI... any thoughts? Last night I had a dish that had semolina, rice flour and lentils... today I had a little bleeding in the morning... I think there's definitely some connection but can't seem to put my finger on what exactly it is..I seem to do the best with whole wheat wraps / indian breads. Do any of you stick to a low GI diet? Has it helped you?
