When I finally learned from my dietitian how to eat properly (amount of protein, fiber, healthy fats, breakfast being the biggest meal of the day then meals through the rest of the day getting smaller for better digestion, I found I no longer had any cravings (carbs, chocolate were 2 huge ones for me) and I have to say now that I'm getting the right balance of nutrition it's nice to not have die-hard cravings anymore, I don't even crave chocolate everyday like I used to.
