I was using 1 heaping teaspoonful and felt great and bone-on-bone arthritis in basal thumb joint was starting to be forgotten using it more and gripping tightly.
But my workouts were not making me stronger etc however I think that is because too much carbs drifted into my diet. Since knocking those out I feel like a freight train.
