Sounds like you're putting the cart-in-front-of-the-horse. I wouldn't worry just yet, see what the test results say. It's easy to get anxious, only human nature to fear the worst. Aside from the pains, how are your uc symptoms?
To answer your question. Having antibodies to one anti-tnf doesn't make one likely to get them to another, if you have any antibodies that is. As you say, remicade is part mouse protein, the others are fully humanized. Certainly, you've got humira, simponi or entvyio (non tnf). I don't know the exact odds, or if they're even known.
But generally, I'd not look at surgery as defeat or something to fear. I don't. I'd get it if it becomes necessary for me some day. I'd be anxious leading up to it, no doubt, but it's all about
quality of life and that's just a means to it. The prospect of no more uc flares, no more uc based uncertainty and anxiety, no more meds etc... you see where I'm going here. I'd try not to worry
