Ok, no more Probiotics (before bed) for me

I took Probiotics before bed yesterday. I woke up, my stomach hurts, I am nauseated and I have been vomiting the entire morning.

Similar thing happened a few weeks ago, but I didn't connect it to the Probiotics back then.

I generally took my VSL#3 at night because I figured less gut action then would allow more activity by the probiotics. Of course you should stop as you did when you get bad results. There are some probiotics my gut hates and others are no problem.

Well I am from Europe, the producer is a Canadian company, but under a different brand name (they produce for a local company). It's "Rosell Institute".

You may want to try Kefir. you only need a few sips and it's pretty soothing with no bloating while delivering billions of probiotics.
I drink it at night so it has all those hours to percolate in the gut as I sleep, I've had no nausea at all.

I love Kefir! I don't drink it often though. Stores in my town don't have it for some reason. I will just have to get a yogurt-maker and try make it myself. I was planning on buying a yogurt-maker anyway.

I've never taken one that has made me vomit. That would make me stop it all together.

Well, supposedly the probiotics I take are the best on the market here. It says that they should be taken 30 minutes before a meal.

I am from the UK and was given this. I understand your situation as there is no national health service in wider Europe. Does your said probiotic help you?
