My general rules, if it's in a package don't eat it. If it's got a long list of chemicals in the ingredients that you can't read, don't eat it. After you get past that you may want to avoid dairy, soy, fatty meats, nuts and eggs may also irritate your intestines. Personally I tolerate apples, broccoli and other high fibre fruits and veggies no problem when i'm in remission. I eat yogurt and cheese but if i experience symptoms at all they'll be the first thing I cut. And stick to organic whenever possible, who knows what all these chemicals are doing to us. Glyphosate is pretty toxic stuff. I love my bananas, avocados, berries and apples. My organic hemp cereal in a little bowl of greek yogurt is a treat. Learn to love healthy food, and respect your intestine. Ronald mcdonald is not our friend!
I cannot handle any yogurt in 2015. I notice as the biome changes healing foods change, offending foods change a little but never does a friendly food become and offending food. Never a complete crossover.
