I know what you're going through, and I know how the exhaustion feels! I'm down to 30mg on my third course in 13 months :-(
Unfortunately the best way to fight the post-pred fatigue is to move. It's hard, really hard, but once you get going it's like all this energy just pours out of you! Just try walking, for 10 minutes, increase it my 5 minutes every day or two and it'll drop off surprisingly quickly, but you really do have to make the effort there I'm afraid. You might be eating less but your body is calling on less, so you won't burn off what's already been stored. If you really can't face going out, lay on your back on the bed/floor/sofa, swing your legs up over your head and do those bicycle leg things - just get the blood moving around, I promise you it will help!
